Reach for Care supports you in accessing the community for recreational, educational or vocational services. We can help develop your practical skills to engage safely and confidently in the community, including using skills for handling money, using public transport, understanding timetables and connections.

We provide these services and more, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Eligibility

There are no restrictions, although all of our services attract a fee. We welcome the opportunity to discuss how Reach for Care can help you live the life you want.

Fees

The fees you pay depend on the services and support you select. We will negotiate an individual agreement, tailored to meet your unique needs. There are no hidden charges, and we offer an easy to follow approval and payment process, with clear monthly statements.
