Reach for Care recognise that finding timely and appropriate support for people with disabilities is complex - be it finding appropriate services or finding suitable accommodation. Reach for Care work alongside you to navigate through these complexities. Having been established in Hunter and Newcastle over a long time, Reach for Care have deep ties with the communities and the local services.
With the benefit of being part of a Registered Training Organisation, Reach for Care is not only able to have access to highly qualified skilled staff who are trained, reliable professional and friendly but is also able to offer assistance in capacity building for people with disabilities through vocational training and skills to empower them through independence. Building everyday skills allows one to become more independent, whilst boosting your sense of self-esteem and confidence.

Supported Independent Living
When it comes to providing Supported Independent Living everyone of Reach for Care's team members understand that the decision to move out of home and live Independently is a crucial milestone in one's life. Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS support where person who is 18 years or older, with disabilities lives in a shared home and receives support to help with everyday tasks such as Personal tasks, cooking, cleaning as well as community participation.
It offers companionship and routines to build on your confidence and independence. Reach is proud of its flagship participant centric SIL model, where they source suitable homes for their participants and match their individual needs and support requirements.
